ProposalDescription:

Deviations to previously approved plan no. 055 03 09: * verandah enclosed * stairs altered * wc converted to storeroom - sink omitted * window bricked up Proposed deviations to erf 2977, 53 Lansdowne Crescent, Durban North, Durban, eThekwini, KwaZulu-Natal. Drawing 0107/12

Expanded_Motivation:

The owners decided to enclose the open verandah and incorporate the floor area into the playroom instead. This was due to the fact that the verandah was not needed. The small bathroom was converted to a storeroom. Due to the verandah being enclosed, new windows have been added. The proposed work is aesthetically pleasing as it matches the rest of the house. The stairs and storeroom have no affect on the aesthetics of the building and the roof structure remains unchanged.
