ProposalDescription:

PROPOSED BOUNDARY WALL & RETAINING WALL AT 85 ASTER PLACE ON PORTION 3 OF ERF 371 OF BRICKFIELD , DURBAN, ETHEKWINI, KWAZULU-NATAL. Drawing n13-34 wd01

Expanded_Motivation:

This existing single storey structure was constructed in 1949 and has been added to over the years. A first floor was added (approved plan number 449 11 02) although it has not been completed as yet due to financial constraints. During the excavation to create a parking area on this steep site a bank was formed on the front boundary. This has become hazardous to the public passing by on the upper road level. Also the other bank that was created lower down and closer to the dwelling had to maintained to prevent the bank from collapsing onto the house. There were plans lodged and approved previously but the client had been financially unable to construct the wall.(plan number 487 05 07)
