ProposalDescription:

Our office is involved with the town planning for a low density housing development on Erven 5117 & 5118, Kathu, Northern Cape Province.

Expanded_Motivation:

Our office is involved with the town planning on the mentioned properties for the establishment of a low density housing development. A study has been done on the adjacent property (SAHRA Case ID: 2992), implicating that the Townlands site may extend across our development (Refer to Page 32 of the report submitted in the case). The diagram on the said page indicates the suggested outlines of the site, as designated by various specialists, as well as a "best guess" outline. I would like to establish whether another specialist study will have to be conducted on Erven 5117 & 5118, Kathu, if we keep the development outside of this "best guess" outline. What would the requirements of SAHRA be in this regard.
