Expanded_Motivation:

The Museum building in its current state has an array of roof related leaks throughout, all resulting from non maintenance and lack of proper repair work being carried out. Repairing the roof leaks is a necessity to prevent any further and possible permanent damage to the building. It is in our opinion that the work to be carried out will not impact on the architectural significance of the building, it will however improve the buildings functionality thereby increasing its lifespan.
