ProposalDescription:

The proposed development includes the construction of 2 mini-soccer fields (5-a-side) and associated infrastructure such as ablution facilities, access road and parking area. The soccer fields will form part of the Modderfontein Bird and Sculpture Park next to Modderfontein Dam No 1. The draft Basic Assessment report was circulated to I&APs and we are currently busy with the Final BAR. It seems like the first attempt to submit the application to SAHRA was unsuccessful. There is however still time and we are therefore resubmitting the Report to SAHRA for comments. The soccer fields are approximately 650m2 and will be constructed on the Remainder of Erf 185, Modderfontein Ext 2, Gauteng Province.
