ProposalDescription:

Proposed new drive through fast food outlet at 295 main road on erf 6140 Queensburgh

Expanded_Motivation:

We are looking to demolish the existing structure on erf 6140 to make way for a new building to contain necessary accommodation for a drive through restaurant. After a number of attempts to make use of the existing structure we feel it is not feasible to reuse asper the following: 1 - It is too small 2 - It does not allow for efficient traffic flow around the site 3 - The existing floor levels have to be reduced through out 4 - It does not comply to minimum head height requirements in some areas 5 - It is in a general state of decay and has been vandalised Although from an economic point of view it would have been desirable to reuse the existing structure it is not suitable in its current form and would require extensive alterations to the point of only one section of one wall would be kept in place and as such it is would be more cost effective to demolish the structure as a whole.
