Hi Nancy - we seem to have a DNS problem which comes and goes. This morning I tried to login to www.google.co.za and to www.sahra.org.za but it wouldn't work at all. I then tried the ip address for sahra directly, 197.85.190.96 and it worked immediately. The APM users have also noticed the SAHRA site 'dropping' for 5 minutes from time to time and then coming back. I've checked the server at Mweb when this happened and could always login with no problem via the ip address so it's not something happening on that side.
Could you add this to the to-do list as it could be a configuration problem on our Proxy server, or it could have something to do with the ADSL line + Neotel (not sure if the ADSL is still active in anyway - probably not that though). If it's not our proxy it may well be the DNS servers set on the Neotel router that are not 100%.
It's a low priority call as it is more of an annoyance than anything else.
