Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

Dear Colleagues
 
Please note that I will be conducting a verification of all asset in 5-9 November, the whole of this week. Please bring all removable assets (cameras, laptops, chargers, projectors, etc) to the office during this time as they have to be verified.

Hi Simphiwe

Attached is a doc he left.

He also managed to pack all the items which need to be written off into one section of the Server Room. You can check when you get there.

We need those items listed by you and then removed as soon as possible, as the auditors already commented on the server room being a "storage room", which is not acceptable.
