We have embarked upon the above Precinct planning process together with an Environmental Management Framework (EMF). We got the following contact details as being the appropriate contact person in your organisation: Gabriel Thlapi : gtlhapi@fs.sahra.org.za
We have not had any input in this process and we are proceeding with the Public participation process. If our information is wrong, please forward the correct contact person to details to us as there will be future similar projects.
Please find herewith the link to the Bronville Masimong Draft 8 Precinct plan. The amendments were made and the document has been submitted to Matjhabeng for information purposes and for Matjhabeng (Speakers Office) to organise the Public participation meetings.
I have added the a summary of the attendance register as well as a place for your HOD to Sign (all this before the Index). Please scrutinise this information and ensure that the descriptions is correct. Please inform your HOD or appropriate Head of this document and ask them for their comments. If we can have their principle approval by the end of November 2012 we can then supply the final document for signature after approval by the Matjhabeng Council.

Please note that there is a strong possibility of another Precinct plan in Matjhabeng as well as the Main SDF to follow next year. I under stand from the officials in Matjhabeng that they are happy with the process and future SDF planning will follow the same basic Structure (just a bit quicker).
If there is no major comments from the Public Participation process that will require major changes, we can either have a final “approval and Signature” meeting where we would require your assistance to get all HOD’s at the meeting for the signing and maybe a nice lunch and photo opportunity. I will discuss this with Harmony.
