Dear Dumisani,
I've noticed that none of the emails which are sent to NHC go through. Their system is blocking us.
I've heard from other staff that they have not been able to send emails to NHC ever and even though they have discussed it with
NHC the problem persists.
I've just phoned and spoken to Kleinboy, who was not able to assist me, but he did tell me that he would pass the message on to a Michelle Moonsamy and Steven Paloyi, who were both in a meeting.
I will continue to attempt to resolve this matter.
Regards
Nancy
