Once again a reminder to staff to use the correct procedure for logging calls. Below is a link to a video, explaining of it works.
Please note that each member of staff is responsible for logging their own support tickets. Anyone who does not have a user account for SAHRIS, must please contact Nic asap.
Your login to SAHRIS allows you to access the SAHRIS heritage database (if you are HRM); ESS (employee self help/leave/payslips); IT Support Tickets;
Policy and Procedures and any other INTRANET information.
