Staff are reminded that all emails (official) must end-off with your email signature as well as the disclaimer.
If you do not have the disclaimer, you can add it to the bottom of your electronic signature by following the steps below:
1. Select and COPY my signature and disclaimer text below. Close email.
2. Go to TOOLS / OPTIONS / ENVIRONMENT / SIGNATURE
3. In the Text Box provided - right-click and PASTE the text you copied.
4. Edit the signature details to reflect your own.
5. Set as default.
6. Select "prompt before adding". This will enable you to add it for formal outgoing emails only and not for internal messages.
7. Click OK and close.
