Can you please assist Gcinumzi Ndava.
1. He called this morning to say he has not accessed his SAT groupwise account since leaving ECape.
2. He also has not accessed the netowrk.
3. Can you help him log into Novell Network - Username: gndava Password: Password123 (the system will ask him to change it - please ensure that he does)
4. After he has logged into the network, please assist him with GroupWise. Username: gndava Password: Password123 - please request him to change the email password himself. In GroupWise, go to Tools / Options / Security
You must just make sure that the settings are the same as yours.
Please phone me if you get stuck. Ask him to send me an email as soon as he has connected successfully.
