Wrote submission on 10th - Handed to Finance.
Followed up on 12th - still not approved
Followed up on Monday 15th - Submission could not be found.
Printed out a new one and handed to Supply chain again on 15/10/2012

Technician brought incorrect connection cable with and will return the office tomorrow

Please note that I have called IS Direct to find out the line tag details for the below faulty router. Unfortunately they could not find the link for Pretoria. Please can you provide a MAC address on that router and we will ask our Engineers to find more details regarding the link.
