Open your browser (IE)
1. Go to Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Lan Settings
2. Make sure that the settings look the same as with Esther PC.
Click ok and close and reopen.

Hi Itumeleng,
The SAT office does not connect to a wireless network, as far as I know.
You are connected to the internet via your pc and the LAN (local area network).

I forget to mention to you that when I checked for the wireless connection it requested a network security code maybe you might have a better idea what that is.
