FYI - Enquiry came in via info@sahra.org.za
I am researching a family with connections to my local church, two members of which were on the Duke of Northumberland, wrecked at Northumberland Point (Struis) Bay on 25 August 1838. I think they probably both died. Do you by any chance have a list of survivors, or perhaps those who drowned, so that I can be sure? Their names were Lieutenant J.K.B. Timmins and his wife Louisa Timmins. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
