Yes the procedure is the same although it could do better since payments can only be made on Fridays. That is something we are busy sorting out.
I assume there is already a template in existence for 3G submissions? If so please carry on with the usual procurement process. Thanks.

After IT Technician completed audit on 3G's all these users had access to a 3G thus no new procurement was required.
