Hi Colleagues
I had this problem since i received the new computer box"tower" and it is still persisting. The problem occurs when i need to print a document or view it then i get a notification"Printer driver host for 32bit application has stopped working"
The IT manager is aware of this problem since it started and has been trying to figure it out but has no luck with it. Preview print within Accpac does not work due to this problem and if i print 10 pages for the day it would be a lot.
May i please request that the problem be looked at and solved. The error is attached to the ticket.

The IT Manager did trouble-shoot this problem. A solution was not available, and due to upgrade notebooks, pc having arrived it was decided at a meeting held on 10 April that this user will receive priority in terms of replacing existing pc with notebook.
