After CAREFUL consideration:
The Mpumalanga Heritage Resources Authority hereby grants Approval to:
Martha J.S Viljoen of 24 Jonannes Coetzer Street, Lydenburg, 1120 for the PROPOSED
additions to the structurels situated at ERF 1091 Stand 24 Johannes Coetzer Street,
Lydenburg in accordance with the decision taken by the MHRA Permit Committee on the
of 23rd of May 2012.
The below stated CONDITIONS apply:
1. This permit is valid for TWO YEARS, until 20 July 2014
2. The issuing of this permit does not exonerate the applicant from obtaining related
approvals from the local or any other affected authority for the proposed
demolition
This permit is not TRANSFERABLE.
Appeals against this decision may require temporary revoking of this permit.
