After CAREFUL consideration:
The Mpumalanga Heritage Resources Authority hereby grants Approval to:
Bea Barnard of 2 First pLace, cnr. Simmonds & Pritchard Streets, JHB 2000 for the ALTERATION of the structure situated at ERF 3905, cnr Crown & Market Street, Barberton in accordance with the decision taken by the MHRA Permit Committee on the of 14th September 2012.
The below stated CONDITIONS apply:
1. This permit is valid for TWO YEARS, until 14 September 2014
2. The issuing of this permit does not exonerate the applicant from obtaining related
approvals from the local or any other affected authority for the proposed
demolition
This permit is not TRANSFERABLE.
Appeals against this decision may require temporary revoking of this permit.
