Conditions:
- If any new evidence of archaeological sites or artefacts, palaeontological fossils, graves or other heritage resources are found during the development, operation or closure of the project, work in the immediate affected area must cease and SAHRA and a professional archaeologists, or palaeontologist according to the finds, must be alerted immediately.
- A report on activities related to this permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before 31 December 2013.
- SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
- SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder.
- This permit is an amendment of the original permit 80/11/10/008.
