Permits

This permit is issued to Dr Rose Prevec who will be undertaking the authorised analysis according to this permit. 
This permit is for the survey and collection of fossil material from exposures of the Beaufort Group from various farms in the vicinity of Sutherland in the Northern Cape
If the permit holder is not to be present on the site at all times then SAHRA must be provided with the names and qualifications of the authorised representatives
Adequate recording methods as specified in the Regulations and Guidelines pertaining to the National Heritage Resources Act must be used
All material collected will be curated by the Albany Museum in Grahamstown
A draft report on the results of the analyses must be submitted to SAHRA on or before 14 May 2014 and 14 May 2015. A final report must be submitted to SAHRA on or before 15 May 2016
Reprints of all published papers, or copies of theses or reports resulting from this work must be lodged with SAHRA. 
If a published report has not appeared within three years of the lapsing of this permit, the report required in terms of the permit will be made available to researchers on request
SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit
SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder.
