RE: PERMISSION TO DEMOLISH BUILDING- APOSTOLIC FAITH MISSION OF SA MODIMOLLE/NYLSTROOM

The above matter refers:
Following the site inspections, this office discovered that the building has been altered previously a number of times. Very little original material is left to support cultural significance of the site and the value of the building has been compromised.
Considering the fact that the above site has little or no heritage value and that they have been extensively recorded, therefore lIHRA approves the above permit has no objections to the above mentioned development.

This permit is subject to the following conditions:
This permit is subject to compliance with section 34 of National Heritage Resources Act no 25 of 1999.
Should there be any heritage resources of any form that might be discovered during development process an accredited heritage specialist as well as LIHRA must be informed immediately.
