Permits

1. A report on activities related to this permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before 01 June 2015.
2. Where more significant archaeological deposits or fossiliferous deposits are encountered in the subterrain, work must be halted and the archaeologist or SAHRA notified immediately to provide counsel.
3. In addition, where more significant archaeological or palaeontological deposits are encountered, the specialist must be given adequate time to document, rescue and/ or guide on the way forward.
4. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to obtain permission from the landowner for each visit, and conditions of access imposed by the landowner must be observed.
5. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
6. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder.
7. It is the responsibility of the developer to ensure that conditions of this permit are adhered to.
