Permits

1. If the permit holder is not to be present on the site at all times then SAHRA must be provided with the names and qualifications of the authorised representatives.
2. Management plans for the cave (2427CB: 1) and the ancient ochre mine (2427CB: 13) will be implemented. The ochre mine is also to be fenced in order to protect it. Sites 2427CB: 2; 3; 4; 5 and 6 have yet to be mitigated as cannot be destroyed or disturbed by any mining activities in that area until permission from SAHRA has been obtained.
3. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to obtain permission from the landowner for each visit, and conditions of access imposed by the landowner must be observed.
4. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to protect sites to the satisfaction of SAHRA and the landowner.
5. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
6. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder.
