Permits

1. If the permit holder is not to be present on the site at all times then SAHRA must be provided with the names and qualifications of the authorised representatives.
2. Please note that during filming there is to be no disturbance of the cave and the rock art at the site is not to be damaged in any way.
3. Mr David Morris must be on site at all times during filming to monitor activities.
Mr Morris will have final approval of where equipment is set up and where people may walk in the cave as this is an extremely sensitive site.
4. A report must be submitted to SAHRA on or before 1 December 2008 or upon completion of the project. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if progress is not deemed satisfactory.
5. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to obtain permission from the landowner for each visit, and conditions of access imposed by the landowner must be observed.
6. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to protect sites during and after filming to the satisfaction of SAHRA and the landowner.
7. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
8. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
