Permits

1. The position of the material must be marked on a plan of the site.
2. The work is to be done under the supervision of the permit holder.
3. The work is also to be monitored by the archaeologist who conducted the initial
survey and excavation.
4. If human remains or burials are encountered, work must cease until these have been assessed and processed to the satisfaction of HWC, SAHRA and the archaeologist.
5. A report on the monitoring of earth movements leading to the destruction of Danger Point 1 site must be submitted to HWC by the archaeologist on or before the 1st November 2004.
6 Reprints of all published papers, or copies of theses or reports resulting from this work must be lodged with HWC.
7. HWC shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or
properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
8. HWC reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
