Permits

The South African Heritage Resources Agency's Permit Committee would like to inform you that after careful deliberation, it has decided to approve your application for a permit to export "Butler's Tray", oak, stained, on folding stand with hessian supports.

The following conditions apply:

The South African Heritage Resources Agency must be informed if the objects are not exported.

The South African Heritage Resources Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.

In accordance with application received on 10 April 2014, should any appeal against the issuing of this permit be received by SAHRA within fourteen days of the date of this permit, the permit will be suspended pending the outcome of the appeal.

SAHRA will not be held liable for any losses incurred resulting from the suspension of the permit.
