Conditions:
1. If the permit holder is not to be present on the site at all times then SAHRA must be provided with the names and qualifications of the authorised representatives.
2. Please note that during filming there is o be no disturbance of the cave and the rock art at the site is not be damaged in any way.
3. An archaeologist must be on site at all times during filming to monitor activities.
4. A report must be submitted to SAHRA on or before 1 September 2005 upon completion of the project. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if the filming on site is not handled to the satisfaction of the supervising archaeologist and SAHRA.
5. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to obtain permission from the landowner for each visit, and conditions of access imposed by the landowner must be observed.
6. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to protect sites during and after filming to he satisfaction of SAHRA and the landowner.
7. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
8. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
