Permits

1. Crew member on site during filming will be Corky Werner (Producer/Audio) and a local cameraman. Prof. Ron Clarke (University of the Witwatersrand) will be interviewed.

2. Monitoring and supervision will be done by Lindsey Smith (Assistant Director, Management Authority, Cradle of Humankind).

3. Filming will take place in the Sterkfontein caves.

4. Filming equipment consists of 1 Handheld Camera, 1 Video Camera, 1 Tripod, 1 video light, 1 microphone and cord.

5. Filming will take place on the 7 May 2016.

6. The amount of traffic, i.e. numbers of people on site, should be minimised as much as possible to avoid excessive disturbance of the site.

7. A report on activities related to the permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before the 8 May 2017. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if a report is not received or is not satisfactory.

8. Copies of the filming resulting from this work must be lodged with SAHRA on or before the 8 May 2017.

9. SAHRA acknowledges the submitted landowner permission to film at the Sterkfontein caves.

10. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.

10. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
