- The SAHRA must be informed if the artwork is not exported.
- The SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
- In accordance with the application received on 13th December 2016,the object or specimen may only be exported after 14 days from the date of publishing the permit on South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS), subject to SAHRA not receiving an appeal within the said period of 14 days of issuing the permit. If an appeal is lodged within the aforementioned period of 14 days, the permit shall be suspended pending an outcome of the appeal which will be dealt with in line with the provisions of section 49 of National Heritage Resources Act No 25 of 1999 and Regulation published in relation thereto.
- SAHRA shall not be held liable for any losses incurred resulting from the suspension of the permit. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
