Thank you for notifying SAHRA about the proposed maintenance work at the National Assembly Building. It is noted that the National Assembly is a Grade I heritage resource and a Declared National Heritage Site.
The following documents were reviewed:
- Roofing Repair Plan: National Assembly
- National Assembly BOQ
- Building Plan National Assembly
- Precinct Backlog Maintenance Instruction.
SAHRA has no objection to the proposed maintenance work at the National Assembly. A closeout report must be uploaded to the case on SAHRIS upon completion of the project with photographs of the completed work
