Permits

This permit is issued for the destruction of Site EXIGO-MDW-HP01 and Site EXIGO-MDW-HP02 documented and mitigated under SAHRA permit 2518, on the farm Waterkloof 378 JR, Pretoria. 

Conditions: 

1. The permit holder must be on site at all times during the destruction process.
2. Should additional sites be uncovered during the destruction phase or once mining activities commence, work in the area should cease and the SAHRA should be notified immediately.
3. A report must be submitted to SAHRA on or before  30 September 2018. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if progress is not deemed satisfactory.
4. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
5. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder.
