Conditions:
- Crew members on site during filming will be Johann Vorster (Director) and Adam Vinokur (Camera). Lindsay Hunter will be interviewed on site.
- Monitoring and supervision will be done by Lindsay Marshall (Maropeng a'Afrika Leisure (Pty) Ltd).
- Filming will take place in the tourist area of the Sterkfontein Caves.
- Filming equipment consists of one Sony FS7 and one Sony A7S camera, two tripods, one slider (for camera), two radio lapels, one Rifle Mic (onboard camera) and one LED panel light.
- Filming will take place for the duration of 4 hours on 1 November 2017.
- The amount of traffic, i.e. numbers of people on site, should be minimised as much as possible to avoid excessive disturbance of the site.
- A report on activities related to the permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before the 30 November 2017. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if a report is not received or is not satisfactory.
- Copies of the filming resulting from this work must be lodged with SAHRA on or before the 30 November 2018.
- SAHRA acknowledges the submitted landowner permission to film at the Sterkfontein Caves.
- SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
- SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
