Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

Visual Description: 3 Bay Karoo-type house with stepped parapet and stoep. Flat roof with stepped parapet and moulded cornice to front and stepped parapet to sides. Left hand side parapet with chimney. Rusticated wall with smooth raised plaster surrounds to openings and edges. Concrete stoep. 3 x 3 panel (top ones arched and glazed) door with 3 pane fanlight. Sashes with louvred shutters (closed). 6 x 6 large pane windows.
Colours: White and green door and green shutters. White walls.
