Conditions:
- Crew members on site during filming will be Robert Waldron, Willem Viljoen and Thelma Roos (Wild Dog Productions (Pty) Ltd).
- Monitoring and supervision must be done by Dr Dominic Stratford (University of Witwatersrand) or Dr Ron Clark (University of Witwatersrand).
- Filming will take place in the Sterkfontein caves.
- Filming equipment consists of 4K cameras, accessories, audio recording equipment, lightweight lighting kit.
- Filming will take place between 21 and 28 February 2018.
- The amount of traffic, i.e. numbers of people on site, should be minimised as much as possible to avoid excessive disturbance of the site.
- A report on activities related to the permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before the 31 March 2018. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if a report is not received or is not satisfactory.
- Copies of the filming resulting from this work must be lodged with SAHRA on or before the 28 February 2019.
- SAHRA acknowledges the submitted landowner permission to film at the Sterkfontein caves.
- SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
- SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
