Permits

1. Crew members on site during filming will be the Director, DOP, Sound Recorder and Technical Assistant.

2. Monitoring and supervision must be done by Ms Bando Gaven, Ms Lebo Diale or Mr Mzi Nkabi (to be delegated by North West READ).

3. Filming will take place in the Taung World Heritage Site.

4. Filming equipment consists of 1x Camera, 1x Lighting, 1 x Sound Recorder and 1x Drone.

5. Filming will take place for the duration of 12-13 July and 17-18 July 2018.

6. The amount of traffic, i.e. numbers of people on site, should be minimised as much as possible to avoid excessive disturbance of the site.

7. A report on activities related to the permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before the 31 July 2019. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if a report is not received or is not satisfactory.

8. Copies of the filming resulting from this work must be lodged with SAHRA on or before the 31 July 2019.

9. SAHRA acknowledges the submitted landowner permission to film at the Taung World Heritage Site.

10. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.

11. Any other required permits must be obtained prior to filming.

12. This permit is subject to a general appeal and may be suspended should an appeal against the decisions be received by SAHRA within 14 days from the date of the permit. SAHRA may not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred in the event of the suspension or retraction of this permit.

13. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
