Permits

The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) issues this Export Permit to the applicant: Brian Joffe for the permanent export of 27 Artworks to his residence in Israel.

The following conditions must be applied:

• This permit is only valid if accompanied by the attached Inventory of Permitted Objects Issued Under SAHRIS PermitID: 2757
• The SAHRA must be informed if the objects are not exported.
• The SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
• In accordance with the application received on 11 July 2018, should any appeal against the issuing of this permit be received by SAHRA within fourteen calendar days of the date of this permit, the permit will be suspended pending the outcome of the appeal. Should an appeal be lodged, it is the responsibility of the applicant to return the objects to South Africa at their own expenditure.
• The objects may not be sold during the 14-day window period from the issuing of this permit.
• SAHRA shall not be held liable for any losses incurred resulting from the suspension of the permit.
• SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
