Permits

1. Crew members on site during filming will be Gath de Bruno Austin (Camera Operator and Morgan Pelt (Producer).

2. Any filming inside the Sterkfontein Caves must be monitored and supervised by Dr Dominic Stratford (University of the Witwatersrand).

3. Filming will take place in the Sterkfontein Caves National Heritage Site.

4. Filming equipment consists of 1 One-Lumix GH5, 1 small tripod and 1 DJI Mavic Pro Drone.

5. Filming will take place on 21 and 22 February 2019.

6. The amount of traffic, i.e. numbers of people on site, should be minimised as much as possible to avoid excessive disturbance of the site.

7. A report on activities related to the permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before the 31 October 2016. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if a report is not received or is not satisfactory.

8. Copies of the filming resulting from this work must be lodged with SAHRA on or before the 29 February 2020.

9. SAHRA acknowledges the submitted landowner permission to film at the Sterkfontein Caves National Heritage Site.

10. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.

11. This permit is subject to a general appeal and may be suspended should an appeal against the decisions be received by SAHRA within 14 days from the date of the permit. SAHRA may not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred in the event of the suspension or retraction of this permit.

12. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
