This permit is only valid if accompanied by the attached Inventory of Permitted Objects Issued Under SAHRIS PermitID:2949.
- The SAHRA must be informed in writing if the object(s) are not exported.
- The SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
- This permit only becomes valid fourteen calendar days after the published date (04/06/2019) in order to allow for the mandatory appeal period
- In accordance with the application received on 26 October 2018, should any appeal be lodged with SAHRA against the issuing of this permit within the fourteen-day appeal period, the permit will be suspended pending the outcome of the appeal.
- The permitted object(s) may only be exported once the permit becomes valid on the dates indicated below.
- The SAHRA shall not be held liable for any losses incurred resulting from the suspension of the permit.
- The SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder
