SAHRA has no objection to the proposed upgrade, enhancement and construction of the Contractors’ Entrances to Parliamentary Precinct as it is a necessary intervention to avoid congestion and to ease contractor movement in and out of the site. The building is of a contemporary style and the addition will not impact the character of the Parliamentary Precinct furthermore, the additions may be removed to return this section of the building back to its original design.
