Permits

1. Three ECO Africa crew members will be on site during filming.

2. Monitoring and supervision will be done by Dr Mxolisi Dlamuka  and Staff of KwaZulu Natal Amafa And Research Institute .

3. Filming will take place at the Border Cave Heritage site.

4. Filming will take place on 5th March 2021,  6th March 2021, 7th March 2021 . 

5. The amount of traffic, i.e. numbers of people on site, should be minimised as much as possible to avoid excessive disturbance of the site.

6. Material filmed should not be made available to a third party for use other than stipulated in the original brief.

7. Copies of the filming resulting from this work must be lodged with the KwaZulu-Natal Amafa And Research Institute.

8. Filming may only take place from the boardwalk. No access onto the deposit is permitted. Vehicles and humans should not negatively impact on any heritage resources .

9. The KwaZulu Natal Amafa And Research Institute  shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.

10. The KwaZulu Natal Amafa and Research Institute reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
