Permits

1. Crew members on site during filming will be Ana Ferraz (Executive producer), Caue Martinelli (director), Alan Candido (cameraman) and Ana Lopez (host).

2. Monitoring and supervision will be done by Ms Pippa Haarhoff (Park Manager WCFP) or representative as appointed by Ms Pippa Haarhoff.

3. Filming will take place at the West Coast Fossil Park, Langebaanweg.

4. Filming equipment consists of haldheld video stabilizer, DSLR camera, tripod, teleprompter.

5. Filming will take place on the 22^nd of August 2022.

6. The amount of traffic, i.e. numbers of people on site, should be minimised as much as possible to avoid excessive disturbance of the site.

7. A report on activities related to the permit must be submitted to SAHRA on or before the 31 December 2023. SAHRA reserves the right to withhold further permits if a report is not received or is not satisfactory.

8. Copies of the filming resulting from this work must be lodged with SAHRA on or before the 31 December 2023.

9. SAHRA acknowledges the submitted landowner permission to film at the WCFP.

10. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.

11. This permit is subject to a general appeal and may be suspended should an appeal against the decisions be received by SAHRA within 14 days from the date of the permit. SAHRA may not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred in the event of the suspension or retraction of this permit.

12. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder.
