Conditions:
- Demolition and rehabilitation of the disused Black Rock Koppie dams and related infrastructure must be done in accordance with DOC-FOR-ENG-PROJ-GEN-G-803.
- A heritage specialist must monitor demolition activities, where applicable, taking into account all health and safety protocols.
- A permit report must be submitted to SAHRA on the demolition and rehabilitation work to be undertaken by no later than 31 December 2023.
- Permit reports must be emailed to apmpermitreports@sahra.org.za
- SAHRA must be notified in the event of the discovery of any previously unknown heritage resources during the course of project implementation.
