Permits

Conditions:

1. This permit is given for the export of CGS431 which will undergo detailed analyses of the internal anatomy of the skull. 
2. Micro-CT scanning of the skull will be undertaken in Berlin. 
3. The specimen will be analysed by Mr Martin Ezcurra under the supervision of Dr Butler. 
4. The specimen will be hand carried both to and from the Geo-Bio-Center of the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. 
5. The specimen will be hand carried to and from Berlin for micro-CT scanning analyses. 
6. The specimen must be clearly marked with accession numbers.
7. The specimen must be carefully packed and all packaging must be clearly marked with the accession number, the name of the site, and the name and address of the permit holder or the Geo-Bio-Center of the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
8. The material may not be loaned to any person or institution other than to Dr Richard J. Butler without the consent of SAHRA.
9. The material shall be returned to South Africa on or before the 30th of November 2013 at the expense of Dr Richard J. Butler.
10. SAHRA must be notified in writing of the return of the material, and a report on the activities undertaken in terms of this permit must be lodged with SAHRA bon or before the 30th of November 2013.
11. Copies of all papers or publications resulting from this permit must be lodged with SAHRA.
12. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
13. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder.
