Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Description

DistinguishingFeatures: 

Skeletal material recently received from the SAPS mortuary, this unit had been held by the SAPS inventory for an undetermined but substantial number of years. The locale and condition of the bone suggests that it relates to other LSA units that have been discovered in that region. A relatively complete skeletons of a young adult male. Ribs include L+R R1, R2, frags of R3 thru 5, relatively complete R6 to R8, two lower R ribs; L1, frags of L2 thru 4, relatively complete L5 to L7; some other unidentified rib fragments.
