Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

History: This church, the foundation stone of which was laid on 15 March 1862, was built in an adapted neo-Gothic style. It is one of the few remaining sandstone buildings in Colesberg.
Visual Description: Single volume longitudinal church, on raised podium, with no aisles or galleries.
Three bay ashlar stonework facade with pilasters, pediment and small belfry (with inscription "ANNO 1862")
Bullseye ventilator set in pediment. End plates of tension bars visible.
Round headed windows.
Arched door.
Excellent condition. Original appearance.
Stone enclosing wall with wrought iron railings and octagonal plastered corner piers.
