Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

History:
Visual Description: Large H-shaped house with covered end and central gables. Verandahs on both street sides. Saddle roofs with covered gables with bargeboarding; arched vents and finials. The gables are moulded. Wall has pilasters on both sides of door with relieving arches above verandah. Verandah in both streets with hipped ogee roof, fretwork friezes, supports and fencing. End wall has stained glass. 3 x 3 pane double door with large geometric fanlight. Also door in Church Street with small pane fanlight. Sashes with louvred shutters. End gable in Church Street have chimneys.
