Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

History:
Visual Description: Corner house with saddle roof and verandah on both streets. Low-pitch saddle roof. End gables have rough plaster, also in Somerset Street. Verandah with ogee roof on precast pillars and low dipped wall with flared entrance walls. 4 panel, old door with plain fanlight in Bourke Street. Door with stained glass panels in Somerset Street. 6 x 6 sashes with louvred shutters. Chimney on right end gable. Extension in 56 Somerset Street.
