Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

History: The historic Dutch Reformed Mother Church at Newton, Kimberley, was built in three stages. The original church was designed by the Rev. J. D. Kestell, who was Minister in Kimberley between 1882 and 1893. The building was dedicated on 29 May 1886. The tower was assed in 1921.
